The members recently welcomed a special guest to the club – Agnes Mashall
Agnes agreed to present the Jack Marshall Memorial Trophy to Val & Ellie. (Ellie not too keen on having her photo taken)
This is a new trophy to replace the rather old and battered Warburton Trophy and we feel it is a fitting tribute to the memory of Jack, who sadly died in 2016 at the grand old age of 90 years.
Jack and Agnes were founder members of our club and Jack was a Kennel Club judge, a breeder and all round expert on German Shepherds.
He was a great asset to the club and always available for support and advice on GSD matters. He is sadly missed by those members who knew and were helped by him.
